OUR MISSION:
La Voz ENC is a VOICE for the non-English speaking community.
It is a cultural empowerment resource center that bridges Eastern North Carolina’s Spanish-speaking community to their local community – creating opportunities that will help them to overcome barriers and become informed and empowered decision makers and productive citizens.
